How does an employee report sick?

In the Simployer app. The report is registered, the manager gets a notification in the app, and payroll has it.

Does it take the absence to payroll?

Yes. Registered absence is passed on to payroll, so nobody has to type it in again.

Can we see why someone is sick?

No. The report shows that someone is away, never the reason.

What about long or repeated absence?
