Document access
Every document, seen by the right people.
You decide who can open each folder of employee documents. Signed contracts are saved to the employee’s record as sealed PDFs, open only to the people in the signing.

Company documents are shared with the whole company. By default, anything added here is visible to everyone. Only owners and admins can add files.

How does Simployer handle contracts and employee documents?
Simployer fills in contracts and other HR documents from the employee’s details and sends them for e-signing in the order you choose. Signed contracts and other employee documents are saved to each employee’s record, sorted in folders, with access you set per folder. E-signing and documents are both part of Simployer’s HR system.
Does e-signing cost extra?
No. E-signing is included, with no cost per signature, so you can send as many contracts as you need.
Can we use our own contract templates?
Yes. Write your own template with your wording and logo, and add fields that fill in from the employee’s details. Or copy one of our HR experts’ templates and adapt it to your company.
