Eilin Gillesen is new Chief People and Culture officer in Simployer Group.

She has a long career in the director's chair after having worked for Radisson SAS, Arcus-Group and Siemens, among others. CEO in Simployer, Thorfinn Hansen, is very pleased with the recruitment of Gillesen.

- With Eilin on the team, we have a director for the HR domain with very great breadth and depth in her experience. In addition to ensuring great development of our organization, she will also be an important contributor to our services.

Gillesen started in the position in the beginning of August and has used the time to get to know the people and the products well.

- I am very much looking forward to the opportunity to work as HR director in one of Scandinavia's most well-known HR tech companies. I have extensive experience in HR from various industries that I think will offer both HR professional breadth and new perspectives in the field both internally and externally. Simployer is on an exciting and ambitious journey that I look forward to being part of. I will now have the pleasure of working with very committed and competent employees in both the tech and HR area.
