Our Board of Directors

In accordance with Norwegian law, the Board of Directors assumes the overall governance of the company, ensures that appropriate management and control systems are in place and supervises the day-to-day management as carried out by the CEO.

Rolv Erik Ryssdal

Chairman of the Board

Rolv Erik Ryssdal served as the CEO of Schibsted from 2009 to 2018 and subsequently held the position of CEO at Adevinta from 2018 to 2022.

Rikke Reinemo

Board member

Rikke Reinemo is currently Co-Head in Ferd Capital. She has broad board experience and also sits on the boards of mnemonic, TRY and Fürst. 

Bjørn Petter Garder

Board Member

Bjørn Petter Gaarder has worked for Simployer his whole career, mainly in marketing and management roles. He is currently Managing Director at Colligo AS, an investment company focusing primarily on real estate and stocks/bonds.

Kjersti Thornéus

Board Member

Kjersti Thornéus holds the position as CPO at Platform24Healthcare, a MedTech scale-up in Stockholm.

Nils Carlsson

Board Member

Nils Carlsson is currently CEO in Resurs Bank and prior engagements include Fortnox, Electrolux, Netbooster, Telenor and Vodafone.

Simon Pettersen Ngyen

Board Member - employee representative

Simon Pettersen Nguyen is a seasoned technologist with over a decade of experience in the software industry and academia.

Isabel Dahlin is Manager of Customer Success at Simployer/&frankly since 2021.
