Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) report
Simployer publishes its 2025 ESG report
Sustainability is not separate from what we do — it is at the heart of it. As a company that shapes how people experience work, the standards we set for ourselves are the same ones we help thousands of Nordic organisations raise every day. 2025 has been a year of turning priorities into practice. This report shares our progress, our challenges, and the path ahead.
At Simployer, sustainability is inseparable from our mission. We build software and services that shape how people experience work — from engagement and well-being to equal treatment and pay transparency. The standards we hold ourselves to internally are the same ones our products help thousands of Nordic organisations raise every day.
In 2025 we have continued to operationalise the outcomes of our double materiality analysis, translating our most material topics into clearer targets and ways of working. We have also prepared for the CSRD and the EU Pay Transparency Directive, while giving AI a more central role in our products — with clear governance and respect for our customers' data.
Transformation is not linear. We have kept employee engagement high and increased well-being, while being honest that areas such as turnover and environmental data quality need continued attention. More clearly than ever, we see the importance of the role we play in building healthier, more inclusive and future-ready workplaces — far beyond our own organisation.

Our goals
Sustainable Development Goals

We wish to increase our positive impact on SDG 5 by being best in class when it comes to promoting equality and equal access to career development and equal pay and developing working conditions that are satisfying for both men and women.

We strongly believe that we can achieve more by promoting and helping start-ups and students and in this way helping society to create new job openings along with economic growth. We have begun a start[1]up funding collaboration with our majority owner, Ferd.

We seek to reduce our negative impact on the environment by reducing unnecessary travel and purchases
