You can see this module in use at the bottom of the page. Note that this example is from a blog module, where the width is narrower than on standard website pages.

Improvements
Image width and height
Setting a size has no effect.
Padding?
If you want to add two images in a row, they will appear without spacing. Perhaps there should be an option to add padding above and below?
