To give all customers overview of the status of our systems, we have created a status service at status.simployer.com
This service provides a real-time update of downtime / incidents on our systems, categorized per product.
In addition, the service contains an overview of all scheduled maintenance.
Subscribe to notifications
Customers can subscribe to notifications from the status service by email and by SMS. The customers can also choose which products / modules to get notifications from in which channel.
To subscribe to notification, use "Subscribe to Updates" in the top menu and register email and / or mobile number. The customer can even filter the notifications per product so that only relevant notifications are received.
