Rolv Erik Ryssdal

Rolv Erik Ryssdal served as the CEO of Schibsted from 2009 to 2018 and subsequently held the position of CEO at Adevinta from 2018 to 2022.
He played a pivotal role in transforming Schibsted/Adevinta into the world's leading global player in online marketplaces for classified ads. Before this he has held several management positions including CEO of Aftonbladet from 1999 to 2005, CEO and Managing Director at Verdens Gang AS from 2005 to 2008.
Ryssdal has solid experience from board work and is currently Chairman of the Board in Sikri Group and Board member in Orkla. He joined the Simployer Board in May 2023. He holds a master’s degree in Business and Economics from BI Norwegian Business School and an MBA from INSEAD.
