In fact, not feeling recognized for achievements at work is one of the biggest reason why employees change jobs. The responsibility of recognition is important from managers but also between colleagues. How do you create a culture of recognition driven by your own employees? Get started quickly with our checklist.

  1. Define Talk in the team about what feedback means for them. Find a common definition.
  2. Set the rules of play Decide how you want to use feedback, for example: "Feedback in our group should be specific, constructive and should be given between two people".
  3. Practice Training to give each other feedback, for example, decide that all team meetings should end with a feedback session (either around the table, or to the colleague on the right).
  4. Practice more To further develop your team's ability to provide and get feedback, have them decide on specific situations to practice.
  5. Remind In &frankly there are questions that remind employees to both give and ask for feedback. Search the tag "feedback" or "recognition" in the library to find a question that feels right for you.
