Results and future work
As early as 2022, we saw positive results from our efforts, with more work and insights into the groups pay structure, gaps and equity.
We also observed positive progress on most of the goals set for 2024. To ensure continuity and fully leverage these achievements, we have decided to maintain these goals for 2025.
