This report outlines the measures we have implemented to promote equality and prevent discrimination based on gender, pregnancy, maternity or adoption leave, caring responsibilities, ethnicity, religion, beliefs, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, and gender expression, including any combination of these factors.
To ensure comprehensive and reliable data collection, we utilise our own HR solution, which serves as a critical tool in gathering and analysing workforce insights. This enables us to monitor pay equity, track key diversity metrics, and assess the effectiveness of our initiatives.
The report is conducted in English, the official company language, reflecting the organisation’s increasingly diverse talent pool.
In Norway, we operate through two legal entities: Simployer AS and Simployer Group AS. Following thorough consultation with the Working Environment Committee (AMU), the Group has decided to compile a unified report for both entities. This decision is based on the close operational collaboration between the companies and the relatively small workforce in one of them. Consequently, this report applies to all employees in Norway, regardless of their geographical location or legal affiliation.
