2025 Aktivitets- og redegjørelsesrapport

This report outlines the measures we have implemented to promote equality and prevent discrimination on the basis of gender, pregnancy, parental leave related to birth or adoption, caregiving responsibilities, ethnicity, religion or belief, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, or any combination of these factors.

To ensure comprehensive and reliable data collection, we use our own HR system as a central tool for gathering and analyzing workforce data. This allows us to monitor pay equity, track key diversity indicators, and evaluate the effectiveness of our equality and inclusion initiatives.

The report is prepared in English, which is our official company language, reflecting the organization’s increasingly diverse workforce.

In Norway, operations are conducted through two legal entities: Simployer AS and Simployer Group AS. Following consultation with the Working Environment Committee (AMU), the Group has decided to prepare a consolidated report covering both entities. This approach reflects the close operational collaboration between the companies, as well as the relatively small workforce in one of them.

Accordingly, this report applies to all employees in Norway, regardless of geographical location or legal entity.
