Gender Filter Added to Reports

The following reports have been enhanced with a Gender filter:

  • Accumulated Course Duration (available in both group and individual reports)
  • Meeting Overview

This update enables the creation of reports to compare course participation summaries based on gender, as well as the ability to analyze gender differences in the completion of performance review meetings.
