Simployer announces two new board members
Ferd is the majority owner of Simployer and Investment Professional Danjal H Danjalsson is very content with the newly elected members of the board:
- Simployer is seeing great momentum on the journey towards becoming a Northern European leader in HR technology and expertise, and I am convinced that Kjersti Thornéus and Nils Carlsson will provide strong support in the ongoing acceleration of the company’s product development and internationalization efforts.
Kjersti Thornéus
Kjersti Thornéus comes with 15 years of experience in software development, digital transformation, and international expansion of both B2C and SaaS B2B products. Kjersti holds the position as CPO at Platform24Healthcare, a MedTech scale-up in Stockholm. Her prior experience includes a CPO position at Benify and several management positions in business and technology at Schibsted.
- The relationship between employee and employer is one of the top relationships in life. It is not only how we finance our lives, but also a place to meet new people and ideas, interact, perform, learn and develop. Providing tools for strengthening that experience and the bond between employers and employees is what ticks me and why I joined Simployer as a board member. In business, people matter the most, says Thorneus.

Nils Carlsson
Nils Carlsson brings with him years of senior leadership experience in technology focused companies. He is currently CEO in Resurs Bank and prior engagements include Fortnox, Electrolux, Netbooster, Telenor and Vodafone. He will formally join the board in February 2023 and is looking forward to being part of the Simployer Board.
